Our training takes place in dialog. You will get to know many different departments and tasks during your training. You will take part in internal training seminars and have access to a wide range of digital learning media. Your qualified trainers will support you in developing real strengths from your talents, defining realistic goals and achieving them. An open exchange takes place in annual development meetings. In our young talent academy, we not only prepare you for your final exam, but also develop career prospects following your training.
Typical of dual vocational training is the theoretical knowledge transfer at vocational school and the practical knowledge transfer at the training company. From office management assistant ... ... to head of the Facility Services department "I give the prospects at AMEVIDA after my training a straight A! After my training as an office management assistant, I managed my "own" site secretariat after two years of on-the-job training.
Over time, my area of responsibility expanded almost automatically to include building management.
Simply because I enjoyed it so much.

From trainee personnel services clerk to personnel officer "AMEVIDA was my entry into professional life, and after seeing and experiencing something else, it was clear to me: that's where I belong." Sabrina began her training as a personnel services clerk in 2007 and has worked in many different departments at AMEVIDA during this time.
"I was taken on straight after my training and was happy to be able to gain my first professional experience here." After seven years at the company, she wanted to try something new and left AMEVIDA. "But after five years, I returned and I have to say it was the best decision. My heart is attached to this company, I am rooted here and I like the way people work together here. From IT systems administrator ... ... to head of the IT service desk department "I started my training at AMEVIDA in 2009 as an IT specialist for system integration. Even back then, I liked the very dynamic environment of our IT department. It was clear to me that I would stay here. After my apprenticeship, I was taken on, continued my career here - and am now head of department." His conclusion: "If you're willing to get involved, all doors are open to you at AMEVIDA."
