Our current contribution to the reforestation of the local forest

Germany has been struggling with numerous challenges in its forests for years. Large areas have died off, whether due to storms, bark beetle infestations or the effects of droughts. These developments not only threaten the biodiversity and beauty of our forests, but also have a significant impact on our climate.

Forests are important CO₂ reservoirs and play a crucial role in reducing greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. A healthy forest binds large amounts of CO₂ and helps to mitigate climate change. We want to make our contribution and have a positive impact on our environment.

Specifically: We will reforest an area of 4,960 m² in the Westphalian Bay and thus plant 2 m² of forest for every AMEVIDIAN. This corresponds to around 1,450 trees. These trees will not only restore nature, but will also save an impressive 198 tons of CO₂ in the long term!

We are thus actively committed to climate and environmental protection and the preservation of our natural resources. This step is not only a gift to the environment, but also to future generations, who will benefit from healthy mixed forests and an intact environment.
