After more than 15 years in Dortmund's Oespel district, AMEVIDA is relocating to Faßstrasse 1a on Lake Phoenix. The newly constructed office building has more than 300 workstations in an attractive location and excellent public transport connections.
"We provide our employees with ultra-modern office workstations that offer state-of-the-art lighting, IT and equipment while meeting high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability," explains owner and AMEVIDA CEO Dr. Matthias Eickhoff.
Workspaces for the call center agents are spread over several office floors covering around 3,000 m². In addition, kitchenettes, lounges and meeting rooms and even small balconies and terraces can be used for an outdoor break. Thanks to the attractive location of the site, break times can also be spent shopping in the pedestrian zone in Hörder or enjoying a snack by Lake Phoenix. "We want to offer our existing and new employees attractive workplaces with a feel-good factor in an appealing urban environment. We have now been able to achieve this at our new Dortmund location on Lake Phoenix," adds Dr. Matthias Eickhoff.
