As COO, Volkmar Pingel has been responsible for the entire Operations division at the owner-managed customer communication specialist AMEVIDA SE since May 1, 2023.
Mr. Pingel has worked successfully for many years in management positions at leading companies in the customer care industry and is now bringing the experience he gained there to AMEVIDA. Most recently, Mr. Pingel was Managing Director of Capita Customer Services Germany and responsible for Capita West GmbH. With his knowledge and skills, the industry expert will provide new impetus for internal optimization and the further expansion of customer and employee satisfaction.
