"We actually received this bonus for a team event. But in the current situation, we thought it would definitely be better to donate the money to a charity," explains team leader Gordon Robeck. The team of twenty employees from customer care service provider AMEVIDA wanted to do something good with the money. After some joint deliberation, they came to the conclusion: "We would like to donate the money to Aktion Lichtblicke e.V.. With this sum, the association can provide support where help is needed," says team member and call center agent Marlon Miskiewicz.
Ina Pfuhler, Deputy CEO of Lichtblicke, came to AMEVIDA in Oberhausen to hand over the cheque on April 6, 2022. The team members also took this opportunity to discuss the use of the money with Ina Pfuhler. The generous donation will be used for people affected by the war in and from Ukraine and will thus become part of the "Lichtblicke - Together for Peace" campaign.
