Employee satisfaction at AMEVIDA well above the industry average

Employee satisfaction at AMEVIDA SE is well above the industry average. This is the consistent result of an anonymous employee survey conducted by the customer care service provider at the end of last year and an evaluation of the current AMEVIDA ratings on the kununu platform.

With 4.1 stars and a recommendation rate of 96%, AMEVIDA is characterized by a high level of employee satisfaction on the kununu platform, as can be seen from the ratings of 581 active and former employees. This puts AMEVIDA well above the industry average of 3.4 stars. In particular, the stimulating and appreciative working environment, an excellent working atmosphere and the family and friendly atmosphere of the owner-managed company are appreciated.

The most recent of an anonymous online survey conducted for the seventh year in a row, in which around 1,000 employees from all AMEVIDA locations took part at the end of 2021, has so far achieved record results for employee satisfaction and loyalty to AMEVIDA. With a top score of 6, employee satisfaction was measured at 4.96 and identification with AMEVIDA at 4.53. Last but not least, the company's good salary level and extensive social benefits are reflected in the high level of employee satisfaction. In December, AMEVIDA was one of the first companies in the call center industry to increase the basic salary of its customer care agents to 13 euros per hour.

"Our employees are our greatest asset and our efforts are largely focused on their satisfaction. The kununu ratings and our own survey results underline the correctness of the course we have taken in recent years," says CEO and AMEVIDA owner Dr. Matthias Eckhoff.
