With effect from December 1, 2021, the call center agents of AMEVIDA SE and its subsidiaries will receive a basic salary increase to €13 per hour.
The Gelsenkirchen-based company is one of the first in the industry to implement this salary adjustment of up to 30 percent.
New recruits are paid €14 per hour for the first six months of their employment and €13.50 per hour from the seventh to the 12th month of their first year of employment.
The additional amount is shown as a guaranteed bonus payment.
By increasing the basic salary, AMEVIDA, one of the largest owner-managed companies in the German call center industry, is taking into account the increased complexity of the range of tasks and skills of call center agents, particularly in the wake of increasing digitalization.
