Bianca Toffoletti resigns as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
Edda Heidbrink is elected as the new Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
Bianca Toffoletti, Head of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Central Services, is thus shortening her successful term of office of several years by a few months in order to be able to devote herself more intensively and with greater focus to her operational areas.
Not only the entire Supervisory Board would like to thank Bianca Toffoletti for her extremely reliable and competent leadership of the board, but also Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, CEO and shareholder of AMEVIDA. "Ms. Toffoletti has led the Supervisory Board with great empathy and competence through sometimes turbulent times in the interests of the company and its shareholders. We accept her decision to focus more on the operational business and wish her continued success."
The company and shareholders are confident that they have appointed a good replacement in Edda Heidbrink, Legal Director, due to her experience in advising management boards and supervisory boards, but also as an active member of the Supervisory Board.
