Many new trainees

Since yesterday, 21 young people have arrived in "their" departments at AMEVIDA. The new trainees' first week was all about information, communication and team building. This week marks the start of the apprenticeship with training for special projects or the first impressions in the various departments of the call center giant. On August 1, training began for service specialists or dialog marketing clerks, office management clerks and IT systems clerks at AMEVIDA. The apprentices have two or three years to get to know the different departments at the seven locations in NRW and beyond. This is because the rotation process, which is unique in call centers, allows trainees to get a taste of different fields of activity. Lukas Fuchs from Essen is certain that he has chosen the right path and is looking forward to the time ahead: "My aim is to secure my future and gain experience. At AMEVIDA, I really like the human interaction and the clear structures. Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, CEO of AMEVIDA: "These trainees are already an important asset for us. After all, we can only achieve our ambitious goals in a growing but competitive market with our own qualified staff." AMEVIDA has been training apprentices at its various locations for many years. The 2,300 employees currently include more than 50 trainees. The call center operator from the Ruhr region is particularly proud of this: "For us," says Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, "it is a matter of course that we offer training to as many young people as possible."
