Picture: Celebratory mood at the AMEVIDA stand at the CCW trade fair in Berlin: Tobias Groß (3rd from right) wins first place in the Young Professionals competition.
The victory of trainee Tobias Groß rounded off three successful days for AMEVIDA at the industry's leading trade fair Call-Center World (CCW) in Berlin.
The third-year trainee in dialog marketing applied for the Young Professionals competition, as over 100 trainees do every year.
Only 60 participants made it to the final round in Berlin, including three AMEVIDians.
In addition to Tobias Groß from Gelsenkirchen, Timo Andreß from the second year of his apprenticeship and Karaca Rencber from the second year of his apprenticeship also qualified.
A theory test tested the trainees' factual knowledge, followed by a practical test in which communication skills on the telephone were required.
Finally, there was a live creative test in front of an audience, in which the trainees had to give a rousing presentation.
A jury evaluated the performance.
Tobias Groß can't believe it: "I never thought I'd have a chance in such a high-caliber competition. And now I've even won." His boss, Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, was also visibly satisfied: "We are all very proud that Mr. Groß mastered the not-so-easy competition and was able to secure first place for himself and AMEVIDA".
AMEVIDA presented the digital application WRAP, which supports digital communication, for the first time at the CCW and was very well received by visitors and experts.
WRAP facilitates communication with customers, employees and business partners.
A wide variety of content with relevant information such as text, graphics, images, audio or video files can be sent around the clock and from any location, even during a conversation.
At the trade fair, AMEVIDA highlighted the various possible applications of WRAP, which can be used for different industries.
The industry giant from Gelsenkirchen demonstrated how this technology can be used in the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
WRAP offers a modern and customer-friendly solution for responding to requests as individually as possible.
"With WRAP, we set a great example at the CCW and received a lot of encouragement," explained CEO Dr. Eickhoff.
"We will use this application intensively in practice in the future and also hope to open up new customer groups for our call centers."
