AMEVIDA honors 10 years of employee loyalty

An elegantly decorated room with a dark brown wooden floor and simple white covers over the bar tables, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine and a gentle hum of different voices.
The people know each other, greet each other warmly with hugs and friendly faces.
People who couldn't be more different - young and old, tall, short, red-haired, bearded, sporty or wearing large accessories.
Right at the front is a pretty young woman, blonde, with shoulder-length hair, dressed in modern clothes with a brown skirt and matching boots.
She is probably only in her late 20s and looks a little nervous, but at the same time full of anticipation for the upcoming event.
Understandably so, as we soon find out.

It's hard to believe, but this woman has been with the company - AMEVIDA - for 10 years.
That is also the reason why the crowd has gathered this morning.
They have all been part of the call center giant for 10 years in 2018 and are being honored today at the Gelsenkirchen headquarters in Kurt-Schumacher-Straße.
"We rely on having not only young talent, but also experienced employees who can rock the business even in difficult times," said Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, CEO of AMEVIDA, welcoming his employees.

For 10 years of loyalty, the company boss is happy to give a little something - and not too little. Over 70 employees accepted the invitation and enthusiastically received their generous gifts - elegantly packaged in white bags with personalized certificates. Presented personally by their own boss. After all, you don't meet one every day. "You, the employees of AMEVIDA, are our greatest asset," emphasized Dr. Eickhoff in his speech to the attentively listening team. "The Management Board knows that we couldn't do anything without you, which is why we are grateful to you and why we respect your job so much."

And that's why there is still enough time for conversation afterwards. The young blonde woman also follows this suggestion. Her name is Daniela Berhorst, by the way, and she is actually only 29 years young. She started her career at AMEVIDA in 2008 and completed her training as a dialog marketing specialist in 2010. She is now a trainer and coach for new and existing employees in Gelsenkirchen. After the event, Daniela sits together with a small group of her colleagues, beaming with joy, enjoys her drink and says goodbye after the group photo with a firm, confident handshake. "We'll see each other again in ten years at the latest," she jokes, "I'll be there whether there are vouchers or not. I think the gesture of being honored is just really nice," says the young woman as she says goodbye.
