The former sister companies DREICOM GmbH and AMEVIDA SE were merged in order to standardize the Group structure, which will enable a significant increase in corporate strength, flexibility, responsiveness and knowledge transfer across all company levels.
The merger agreement was signed by both companies on 30 May and entered into the commercial register on 5 June this year. "This step, which bundles our strengths, will enable us to achieve the necessary streamlining of organizational structures and processes and thus also greater agility on the market," emphasizes Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, Spokesman of the Executive Board. Matthias Eickhoff, CEO of the owner-managed call center operator AMEVIDA SE, and adds: "In an increasingly competitive market environment characterized by massive price pressure and consolidation, this is necessary for us to continue to develop in a sustainable manner.
With the merger, the operations at the Düsseldorf site and the joint operations at the Bochum and Gelsenkirchen sites of DREICOM GmbH - which existed with AMEVIDA SE - have been transferred as a whole to AMEVIDA SE.
As a result, all DREICOM employment relationships have also been transferred to AMEVIDA SE.
