AMEVIDA SE is pleased with the results of its appearance at the twentieth edition of Call Center World.
The two partner companies tele-LOOK and Erklärvideo brought an innovation compared to previous years.
The solutions of both companies were on display at the stand of the Gelsenkirchen-based customer care specialist and fitted seamlessly into AMEVIDA's existing portfolio.
"The fact that our service portfolio was well received was reflected not least in the great interest shown by visitors to the stand," said Daniel Benzenhöfer, Director of Operations, Sales and Business Development.
Visitors were given a direct insight into the solutions on offer at the trade fair.
Among other things, AMEVIDA provides its customers with a virtual sales chat.
This can be used, for example, to win back customers and increase customer satisfaction as well as the likelihood of purchase and recommendation.
In cooperation with tele-LOOK, AMEVIDA offers a remote diagnosis tool to increase service efficiency and customer loyalty.
The solution establishes a video connection with the end customer's smartphone.
This allows service employees to see a faulty product or device and instruct them on how to rectify the fault.
In collaboration with Erklärvideo GmbH, AMEVIDA develops entertaining and informative animated videos.
These can be used to increase sales success and optimize customer service.
"We will probably take some new customers with us from the trade fair," says Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, Spokesman of the Management Board, pleased with the successful participation.
According to the organizer, around 8,200 visitors attended this year's leading European trade fair for the call center industry.
During the three days of the trade fair, the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin-Neukölln became the hub for exciting discussions about the future of the contact center.
The AMEVIDA stand once again met with great interest this year.
The topics of discussion ranged from AMEVIDA's current portfolio and unique selling points to future topics such as the digitalization that can be observed everywhere.
In particular, the question of data protection compliance and the resulting business requirements were on the agenda of the trade fair visitors.
"We have made a performance promise to our customers," adds Daniel Benzenhöfer.
"This means creating added value for them, both in terms of service and sales."
