CCW 2018: Creating added value together

AMEVIDA SE, one of the leading providers of customer care services in Germany, will once again be welcoming trade visitors to Call Center World in Berlin from 27.02-01.03.2018. Interlinked with AMEVIDA's customer care services, joint, innovative solutions will be offered to optimize or develop new service and sales processes for clients.

Automated digital processes help to organize operational processes more efficiently and add more value in line with Industry 4.0 - both between companies and customers and within the company.
The focus is on simplification, acceleration and higher productivity.
The special feature is the tele-point.
This turns the smartphone on site into a remote-controlled analysis camera in a matter of minutes.
The widespread availability of smartphones is almost synonymous with the high availability of tele-LOOK, meaning that no cameras or data glasses need to be purchased.
Language and knowledge deficits can also be overcome effortlessly with the tele-Punkt.

Solutiness GmbH, based in Freiburg, is an innovative start-up company from the telecommunications sector with a focus on the digitalization of business processes, in which KfW holds a stake.
