AMEVIDA welcomes 16 new trainees - cooperation with JOBLINGE

It is particularly pleasing that one apprenticeship position was filled through the cooperation with the JOBLINGE initiative.
The prospective office management assistant impressed with his above-average commitment and performance during an internship in June of this year and has now been taken on as an apprentice.
"AMEVIDA is acting as an opportunity provider for interested and motivated young people with difficult starting conditions and is thus giving career starters prospects for the future," says Jan Rupprich, company coordinator and training supervisor at JOBLINGE gAG Ruhr in Recklinghausen.
About JOBLINGE The JOBLINGE initiative pools the expertise of business, government and civil society to support socially disadvantaged young people between the ages of 15 and 24 on their way into the job market.
JOBLINGE now operates in 20 German cities.
JOBLINGE is a non-profit initiative of the management consultancy The Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG.
It combines the civic commitment of numerous partners from business, politics and civil society to support young people on their way into the world of work.
In a six-month program, participants gain practical qualifications and work towards an apprenticeship or job in a JOBLINGE partner company through their own efforts.
