AMEVIDA GmbH was merged into AMEVIDA SE (Societas Europaea, European Company) on June 9, 2015. The new legal form offers AMEVIDA - with a preceding merger of the subsidiaries into AMEVIDA GmbH - the ideal framework for a simplified corporate structure. "The long-planned reorganization has now been successfully completed and AMEVIDA's position in the market can thus be strengthened and aligned for the future," says Dr. Matthias Eickhoff, CEO of AMEVIDA SE. From now on, the company will operate under the name AMEVIDA SE.
With the new legal form, the company management and shareholders are promoting co-determination in the company and thus trusting cooperation with the employees. "The new legal form promotes greater employee participation in the management of the company and thus strengthens our corporate culture," says Dr. Eickhoff. "This gives our employees access to information on which strategic decisions are made in the company and gives them the opportunity to effectively represent their interests on the Supervisory Board in this context," adds Dr. Eickhoff.
